COMMERCIAL PROJECTS
An award-winning Niagara destination, Peninsula Ridge Estate Winery in Beamsville opened in 1999/2000 with multiple buildings for dining, retail, and winemaking. A century-old home was converted into a fine dining restaurant, while a heritage barn was transformed into a certified retail facility. The winery also features a purpose-built processing plant with a main production floor and a lower-level barrel-aging cellar, blending history with state-of-the-art wine production.
